Intellectual Exchange Properties

Each set on a platform twenty feet above the ground, a total of 21 “Intellectual Exchange” (or “I.E.”) Houses can be found punctuated throughout the property. Individually unique and collectively remarkable in their architectural style, each I.E. House has been fully furnished with warm, tasteful decor reminiscent of that of Pines Lodge. Intended as a nucleus for innovation and creativity, the Owners aim was to create an atmosphere for discussion of ideas, ideals and impact. While allowing occupants to feel in touch and engaged with nature and their surroundings, no sacrifice is made on comfort level; while they have a rustic romance, they also have full electrical and heating capabilities. During the months of November and December, they have an additional use as world-class, luxurious hunting stands where hunters can survey the land beneath with binoculars, able to spot game as far as the eye can see.
